    We’re looking for a personable, enthusiastic Insurance Account Manager to help take our agency to the next level. You will manage client communications, nurture important relationships, and keep track of policy details and documentation in a secured system. This is a critical role on our team with a strong focus on client services to foster ongoing sales and renewals. Responsibilities: • Retain existing customers by providing excellent customer experiences • Help Budzisz Agency grow by using techniques to sell insurance products to new customers • Become familiar with accounts and claim activity • Proactively cross-sell to provide additional coverage to existing customers • Prepare quotations and applications to close sales • Manage assigned accounts including marketing to carriers, binding coverage, issuing renewals, producing evidence of insurance, etc. • Help maintain common workflow • Troubleshoot claims and billing issues • Develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads and contribute to meeting production goals • Appropriately documents conversations with clients and carrier representatives and updates all agency systems when necessary • Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Must have active insurance license in your state or must be willing to get licensed in 90 days • Must have very strong follow up, written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills • Candidates should have an Associates or Bachelor’s degree, but all candidates with insurance industry experience will be considered • Insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is highly preferred but candidates with the appropriate skills should still apply, training is provided • Jobseekers need to have basic computer skills and have the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Compensation: $53,500 yearly
