    POSITION SUMMARY

    We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Lincoln, NE. The Marketing Manager will be working under the Vice President of Marketing and will be part of the primary day-to-day contact for our location managers. This position is responsible for the execution of franchise brand-building initiatives at a local level to maximize system marketing efforts, enhance brand awareness and implement promotions that increase customer traffic. You will work closely with the local General Managers, Franchise Corporate Marketing Team and other support staff and team members to execute marketing programs and will be directly responsible for ensuring business goals are met through successful implementation of new store opening and strategic regional marketing plans.

    Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities:

    • New Store Opening Support –

    -Drive new location opening sales performance by implementing plans to build awareness and drive traffic through grass roots efforts, social media engagement and giveaway execution.

    -Collaborate with local influencers to coordinate partnerships and influencer events.

    -Travel to markets to execute pre-opening plans, lead on-site events, increase local engagement/brand awareness and assist in new store setup.

    -Ordering and organization of promotional materials.

    -Meet pre-opening goals in regards to social media engagement and followers.

    • Support & execute regional and local marketing plans for our owned locations. You will be directly responsible to maximize system marketing efforts, enhance brand awareness and implement promotions that increase customer traffic and build sales.

    • Identify new opportunities for paid social strategy and stay on top of trends. Recommend new platforms, tactics and strategies in the paid social space.

    • Build a strong creative library of assets that are optimized to drive paid social performance.

    • Develop a deep understanding of the business and act as a primary marketing contact with local General Managers and other key personnel; ensure effective communication of corporate strategies to maintain compliance to brand standards.

    • Execute on event strategy, tactical plans and project manage including all logistics, onsite execution and post-event analysis.

    • Guide and ensure consistency of corporate and brand message throughout each marketing initiative.

    • Seek out and execute local partnerships with influencers, businesses and organizations within each community.

    • Document, develop and evolve tools and processes to support business needs and increase efficiency.

    Execute Day-To-Day Initiatives:

    • Maintain promotional materials inventory and manage all aspects of the production, receipt, and distribution of sales literature and other branded communications and promotional items.

    • Assist with planning and coordination of localized signage and collateral for store-specific events and needs.

    • Provide support for corporate sponsorship process, coordinate delivery of donated funds, products, etc.

    • Maintain record of customer-facing store location information, ensure data is accurately fed to the appropriate marketing channels.

    • Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team environment.

    • Manage social media plan for our stores and work with local managers to assist with organic engagement.

    • Monitor and report benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns and advertising.

    • Monitor and communicate in-store merchandising needs with field teams and ensure brand consistency amongst stores.

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising or related degree is preferred.

    • A deep understanding of social media platforms.

    • Experience in basic PR writing.

    • Experience in executing local marketing plans while also supporting national programs as needed.

    • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

    • Ability to work at the strategic level and at the tactical level with ability to problem solve.

    • Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite knowledge preferred.

    • Willingness to travel as needed to markets to support store openings and execute on-site events.
