Posting Overview:

Buffalo Market is looking for BOX TRUCK owners/operators (BOX TRUCKS: 16-28 FT, REEFER UNITS: VANS TO BOX TRUCK 16-28 FT) SPRINTER VANS (DRY AND REEFER). Independent Contractor will start directly at the supplier's pick-up location to load in. Daily routes will be focused on daily long haul driving within NORTHERN CALIFORNIA (Sacramento, Merced, Stockton, Redding, San Francisco, Oakland, Napa, Modesto).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliveries

• Pick up boxes of product from van to location in store and stock it based on store requirements

• Loading and unloading

• Organization of goods

REQUIREMENTS:· 

• MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRUCK BOX TRUCKS: 16-28 FT, REEFER UNITS: VANS TO BOX TRUCK 16-28 FT, SPRINTER VANS (DRY AND REEFER)

• Driver's experience not less than 6 months

• Familiarity with safe loading and unloading practices

• You are at least 21 years old and legally able to work in the U.S.

• You can speak, read, and write in English.

• Insurance policy

• Valid driver's license

• Submission to a background check with motor vehicle report/ criminal background

• Customer orientation

What do we offer?

• CONTRACTED RATE: $26.25/DROP PLUS $1.18/MILEAGE FROM HUB- AVERAGE WEEKLY PAY $1,000-$3,200
