**Responsibilities for the Management Trainee:

• Develop leadership skills by managing small teams and driving performance.
• Help with project planning and implementation to help with analyze market data for strategic decisions.
• Attend training to enhance professional skills and Work with teams for a comprehensive understanding.
• Learn the ins and outs of our business operations and contribute to our success story.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day tasks and propose ways to increase efficiency if needed.

**Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or someone with a couple of years of experience looking to pivot into management.
