    Position Overview:

     

    As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with dental professionals, orthodontists, and other key stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth. You will leverage your sales expertise, industry knowledge, and consultative selling skills to identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and close deals that align with our business objectives.     Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within assigned territories or accounts.

    3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
    4. Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultative sales discussions to understand customers' goals, challenges, and preferences.
    5. Present our products, services, and value proposition effectively to key decision-makers, demonstrating how our solutions address their specific needs and deliver tangible benefits.
    6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to support sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
    7. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that articulate our value proposition and address customer requirements.
    8. Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, opportunities, and account activities, and track progress towards sales targets.
    9. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
    10. Represent us at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand, build relationships, and generate leads.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably in the healthcare, medical device, or dental industry.
    • Strong sales acumen, with a demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, build rapport, and close deals effectively.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence key stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and decision-making processes.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
