    The Job:

    As a Customer Success Manager, you play a crucial role in enhancing the experience of members and contributing to their success. You will serve as the primary account-level point of contact, ensuring the seamless onboarding of new members and proactively managing and growing an existing book of business.     Responsibilities:

    • Own the experience for members, acting as their primary account-level point of contact and thought partner.
    • Manage the onboarding process to ensure quick and successful integration for new members.
    • Proactively retain and grow an existing book of business through clear and timely communication and creative problem-solving.
    • Work collaboratively with overseas teammates to ensure the quality of service delivery.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 1-3 years of business experience.
    • Strong verbal communication and business-style writing skills.
    • Confidence in communicating with senior executives and high-powered clients.
    • Highly organized with a process-oriented work style.
    • Entrepreneurial work ethic and ability to adapt.
    • Unexplainable fondness for the color orange.
    • Alignment with core values.
    • Local to or a desire to settle in the Portland, OR area.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Salesforce and/or other CRM experience.
    • Managerial or team-leading experience.
    • Experience overseas or a passion for working in cross-cultural environments.
