JOB TITLE: Mobile App (Flutter) Developer

LOCATION: LATAM – Remote

COMMITMENT: Full-time - 3 Month Contract

Overview:

Our client is looking for a strong Mobile App (Flutter) developer to join their growing team. When you think about fulfilling work, does it include using state of the art tooling and disrupting a decades old industry? As a Mobile App Developer you will be at the front line of customer experience. Our app interfaces directly with our hardware as well as our AWS based cloud to provide a seamless user experience.

We're looking for someone who gets excited about diving deep into the details, creative when faced with complex problems and takes ownership to get the job done. As a Mobile App Developer you will be expected to:

• Take a lead role in the development and delivery of the iOS and Android companion applications
• Translate feedback from stakeholders and end users into actionable software requirements
• Be a hands-on coder who applies best practices for the long term health and readability of the code case

Requirements include:

• 5+ years experience developing both Android and iOS applications with successful deployments on the Google Play and iOS App Store
• Must have built at least two Android and/or iOS apps with Flutter
• Must have experience developing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
• Ability to write maintainable code, create readable documentation for existing code, and refactor previously written code to improve the code base
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• BSc/MSc in Computer Engineering/Computer Science (preferred) or equivalent experience **

Nice to have experience:

• Experience integrating AWS hosted REST APIs
• Building Internet-of-Things solutions
• Experience working remotely and coordinating technical initiatives with different teams to deliver on time
