    Builderz Warehouse is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the consistent quality of products and services while proactively driving improvement initiatives. The Quality Assurance Manager will design and implement best practices for quality control, develop testing procedures, and supervise the daily operations of the Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • The Cabinet Lead Assembler is responsible for the complete assembly process of a cabinet from start to finish • Cabinet Lead Assemblers are responsible for building quality cabinets and inspecting all parts of the cabinet before assembly for cleanliness and flaws • Cabinet Lead Assemblers inspect each completed item to ensure that it has been constructed accurately and that the necessary finishes have been applied • Cabinet Lead Assemblers will utilize power tools such as Impact Drivers, Drills, and Air Powered Nail Guns to ensure the cabinets are built professionally • Ensure that quality standards are met and maintained across all stages of the production process • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas where improvements can be made • Investigate customer complaints and provide resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction • Train and coach staff on quality assured processes • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes of practice • Additional duties as assigned by manager Qualifications: • 2 years or more in Cabinet Assembling, Construction, or related field • Minimum 3 years of management experience in a construction, engineering, or related field • Knowledge of warehouse operations and processes • Proven experience in leading and growing teams • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Proven experience in managing quality assurance processes • Strong knowledge of relevant safety regulations • Experience with construction management software • Ability to plan and organize workloads for quality assurance • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $26 - $28 hourly
