Job Title: Apartment Building Cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated Apartment Building Cleaner to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of our residential spaces.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform regular cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and elevators.

Trash Removal: Empty and dispose of trash in a timely manner, ensuring that all waste receptacles are clean and properly lined.

Maintenance of Common Spaces: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of shared amenities like gyms, laundry rooms, and recreational areas.

Reporting Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance or repair issues observed during cleaning duties to the appropriate personnel.

Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond promptly to emergency cleaning situations, such as spills or accidents, and address them efficiently.

Communication: Interact with residents and respond to any cleaning-related inquiries or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.

Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for both yourself and others.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.

Reliability: Punctuality and consistent attendance are crucial to ensure the cleanliness of the building is maintained at all times.

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.

Team Player: Ability to work well independently as well as collaborate with other team members.

Professionalism: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with residents and colleagues.
