    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team as a Maintenance Manager for our fleet of field office trailers! In this role, you will perform residential and light commercial maintenance work that may include carpentry, light electrical repairs, plumbing, flooring, and installing new equipment.

    You are hard-working, self-starter, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Significant past experience as a professional maintenance worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must!

    Responsibilities:

    Inspect Office Trailers and Labs as they are returned to the yard

    Determine necessary repairs and costs.

    Perform routine maintenance, such as painting, replacing floor tiles, light fixtures, doors, windows and other items.

    Perform full refurb if necessary including siding, framing, pluming, electrical, wall panels, roofing, and insulation

    Repair/Maintain machines and equipment such as trailers and generators

    Track assets & maintain digital asset log, ensuring it is correct and up to date.

    Ensures all trailers are ready and in good condition before delivery date, direct mobilization activities, and coordinates with field technicians on equipment and materials delivery.

    Work directly with owners & project manager to determine priority projects and schedules

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance.

    Must pass company drug testing and adhere to company policies

    Valid drivers license with a clean driving history.

    Computer skills.

    Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA).

    Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry.

    Ability to read and interpret plans and manuals.

    Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (15) feet with the use of a ladder.

    Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a consistent basis
