Kitchen and Bath Designer

St. Charles Area

Are you an experienced Kitchen and Bath Designer with experience using 20/20? Our client is looking for an experienced Kitchen and Bath Designer to work with their existing customer base of builders and contractors.

In this role, you’ll be given existing customer accounts to serve. Due to our clients outstanding reputation and large volume of repeat customers the designers are able to be more focused on designing and handling projects instead of trying to drive business and get new customers.

The ideal candidate is:

• An experienced designer, past experience with builder customers is a bonus, but not required.

• Believes that communication is critical to providing good customer service.

• Loves to stay aware of new trends in the Kitchen Design and Bath Design space.

• Ready to step into a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running as a Designer.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3 Years of Kitchen and Bath Design Experience

• Experience with 20/20 is preferred

• A strong customer service or sales orientation

• An interest in focusing on design vs. site visits, measurements, and project management.

Responsibilities + Opportunities:

• You’ll be responsible for designing your clients kitchen, bath, or cabinetry projects.

• You’ll have the opportunity to develop strong long-term relationships with your builder and contractor customers by providing great designs and exceptional customer service for their repeat business.

• This isn’t a sales focused role, you won’t be responsible for prospecting or cold calling.

• You’ll have the opportunity to control your earning with a strong commission plan that rewards strong customer service and designing efficiency and effectiveness.
