Position: Potty-Training Pro & Threes Teacher Location: 1451 E Williams Field Rd Gilbert AZ 85295 Employment Type: Full-time 8-5 M-F

Your Mission:

Guide our lively threes squad through the potty-training journey with patience, encouragement, and positivity.

Create a nurturing and engaging environment where threes can explore, learn, and thrive.

Develop and implement fun and age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Partner with parents to support continuity between home and school during this exciting milestone.

Foster a sense of independence, confidence, and self-esteem in each child as they conquer this milestone.

What You Bring to the Team:

Previous experience working with threes and expertise in potty-training techniques.

A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with parents, colleagues, and our threes squad.

Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude to navigate the ups and downs of potty-training.
