Job Description

Pay rate: $21.40 per hour

Shift Hours: 8am- 4 pm +OT

(Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Painting, Floor repair, concrete layout and repair.
• Repair doors, windows, walls, etc.
• Electrical, plumbing
• Carpentry, roof repair
• Welding
• Repair and install sinks, soap dispensers, etc.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years building maintenance experience
• Must be able to operate hand and power tools
• Must be able to weld and use cutting equipment
• Must have good electrical skills with ability to read electrical schematics and blue prints
• Have understanding of OSHA standards and guidelines
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work off of ladders
• Must be able to work in confined spaces
