Building Maintenance Assistant to assist Supervisor and other workers in the daily maintenance, repairs and building code compliance for apartment buildings.

The primary goal of this position is to provide a safe and suitable working environment for tenants and staff.

Location: Branford and Hamden

Minimum Requirements:

MUST live in Connecticut

MUST have a valid driver's license

Some experience in maintenance position

Knowledge of basic plumbing, electric, HVAC, carpentry, small repairs and janitorial duties

Self-motivated & proactive, with desire to advance

Authorized to work in the U.S.

*Compensation / Pay is commensurate with experience $18-$20 per hour

Full-time 8 hour shift to start immediately Location in Branford and Hamden
