BELU SERVICES is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Cleaner to join our team in Dallas, TX! Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of interior building spaces including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards

Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with facility procedures

Clean and disinfect restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed

Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, windows, and equipment

Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly

Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers

Requirements:

Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or building maintenance preferred

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision

Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed
