Responsibilities: • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures Qualifications: • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
