Responsibilities: • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff • Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand • General Upkeep of grounds, parking lot trash, exterior trash removal, etc. Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • Experience with facilities management software is preferred Compensation: $21+ hourly
