Responsibilities: • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment • Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations Qualifications: • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
