Responsibilities: • Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts Qualifications: • You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary Compensation: $20 hourly
