Responsibilities: • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures • Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff Qualifications: • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required Compensation: $20 hourly
