Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety. Responsibilities: • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures Qualifications: • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly
