Responsibilities: • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly • Pool maintenance, training provided Qualifications: • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • Can work flexible hours • Experience in maintenance tasks, including completing basic household repairs, is preferred • Demonstrate time management • Experience in maintaining a pool is preferred Compensation: $15.50 - $16.50 hourly
