We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • Pool maintenance, training provided Qualifications: • You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role • Can work flexible hours • Experience in maintenance tasks in completing basic household repairs is preferred • Demonstrate time management • Experience in maintaining a pool preferred Compensation: $15.50 - $16.50
