Responsibilities: • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks Qualifications: • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary Compensation: $18 per hour
