Responsibilities: • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts Qualifications: • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • Experience with facilities management software is preferred Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
