Responsibilities: • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks • Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand Qualifications: • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed Compensation: $23 Hourly
