Responsibilities: • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts • Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments Qualifications: • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
