Responsibilities: • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans Qualifications: • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • Drug and background check is required Compensation: $21 hourly to start DOE
