We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Building Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our hotel and property. This key leadership role ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance of all physical assets in alignment with the organization's standards and operational goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.), project management, and team supervision. You’ll be responsible for both day-to-day repair needs and long-term preventative maintenance planning, while maintaining safety standards and budget controls. Responsibilities: • Plan, implement, and manage all preventative and general maintenance operations for the hotel and property. • Enforce compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ADA) and conduct regular inspections to uphold workplace safety standards. • Manage daily operations of the maintenance team, including scheduling, task delegation, training, and quality control to ensure work is completed safely and on time. • Direct and manage improvement projects, renovations, and construction efforts, including scope planning, contractor coordination, and budget tracking. • Track and control maintenance budgets; oversee procurement of tools, parts, and supplies to maintain proper inventory levels. Qualifications: • 1-3 years of related maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively. • Demonstrated ability to lead maintenance teams and manage multiple repair or improvement projects at once. • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork, service, and communication. • Working knowledge of safety codes and regulations, including OSHA standards, ADA compliance, and emergency protocols. • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and digital maintenance tracking systems. Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 yearly
