Regular Schedule is M- F / 8am until 5pm
Painter Job Summary:
The Painter performs patching, wall preparation and painting of walls and ceilings as directed by the building chief engineer while ensuring excelent customer service, and community enhancement. We’re looking for someone who will complete these tasks within a residential building. Daily duties will include working with the engineers and property management team to perform painting duties, respond to service tickets, and provide a safe environment for building tenants and visitors.

$25 per hour

PRIMARY PAINTER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform building inspections while traveling to and from assigned painting tasks and report findings to the chief engineer
Complete assigned painting assignments professionally
Work with vendors as assigned
Maintain records of assigned tasks and report to the chief engineer
Identify and help to order materials, tools and supplies that are needed to complete painting assignments
Maintain a clean paint shop
Follow all safety rules and regulations
Perform related work as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
3 - 5 years as a painter in residential buildings
High School diploma or equivalent, and must be able to communicate effectively in English
Occasionally work overtime to perform necessary painting assignments
Must meet the occupation requirements, such as lifting 50 lbs., walking distances, kneeling for 1 hour, and climbing ladders.
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
