Our home office is located right here in Joplin, MO! We are looking for a building maintenance technician to work at our headquarters and satellite facilities. The right candidate will have experience with multiple facets of building maintenance including but not limited to basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC care, drywall/finishing, and painting, etc. In this position, you can expect to change air filters, clear clogged drains, replace outlet receptacles, install light fixtures, repair patches in walls, move furniture and fixtures around occasionally, and help with cleaning and housekeeping projects that may be out of the scope of our housekeeper. The right candidate will have the ability to efficiently manage tasks and expenses.
