Job Summary:

• Maintain, repair, and upgrade building electrical systems, lighting, emergency lights, and power distribution circuits (120–480V, single/multi-phase).

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, warehouse heaters, and exhaust fans.

• Maintain and repair plumbing systems, dock doors, shelters, levelers, and wall paneling.

• Install and maintain low-voltage systems, including networking cabling (Cat 6) and drops.

• Conduct safety inspections: fire extinguishers, eye wash stations, and emergency equipment.

• Maintain and repair electric forklifts, including battery care, hydraulic systems, cooling systems, and troubleshooting.

• Maintain and repair warehouse equipment, such as stretch film machines and air compressors.

• Operate lifts safely (up to 30’) and work around high-voltage electricity (480V 3-phase).

• Perform office and facility installations/repairs: furniture, TVs, whiteboards, pallet racking, and other equipment.

• Assist with non-routine tasks, including container unloading, plant cross-training, covering maintenance shifts, and supporting large equipment installations.
