The Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, bar, sauna, fitness center, pool area, and hotel guestroom preventative maintenance. Additionally, the technician assists with the repairs and maintenance of hotel equipment, including mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps and motors. Responsibilities: • Inspect public areas daily to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality. • Assist with pool, sauna, and fitness center maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. • Perform routine maintenance tasks for amenities like pools, fitness areas, and meeting spaces. • Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed for urgent maintenance needs. • Conduct regular upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical systems to ensure smooth operations.
