Responsibilities: • Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks • Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Routinely inspect rooms and buildings for items needing attention • Complete work orders daily and perform necessary repairs Qualifications: • Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent Compensation: $13.50 - $14 hourly
