We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. This role includes maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, fitness centers, and pools, as well as performing preventative maintenance for guest rooms and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. Responsibilities: • Address repair needs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and landscaping. • Be available for emergency repairs and on-call support during evenings or weekends as needed. • Address maintenance requests from guests promptly and with excellent service. • Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed for urgent maintenance needs. • Conduct regular upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical systems to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: • Proficiency with tools and equipment, as well as basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Outlook). • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. • High school diploma or GED, with 1–3 years of related experience or equivalent training. Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
