  • Responsibilities

    The Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, bar, sauna, fitness center, pool area, and hotel guestroom preventative maintenance. Additionally, the technician assists with the repairs and maintenance of hotel equipment, including mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps and motors. Responsibilities: • Assist with pool, sauna, and fitness center maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. • Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests, ensuring efficient resolution. • Maintain mechanical areas and tools in a clean and orderly condition. • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of public spaces through daily inspections. • Troubleshoot and repair building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general carpentry. Qualifications: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs. • Proficiency with tools and equipment, as well as basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Outlook). • Availability for on-call hours, including weekends. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
