We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about our products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Communicate with production and coordinate logistics for customer shipments
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Answer phones professionally for customer requests and transferring calls to other departments

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Able to maintain standing for the duration of shift
• Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs alone or 100lbs with partner
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

ON-BOARDING SCHEDULE:

• 1-30 days: Working in the production areas throughout the plant, supporting the manufacturing processes and inventory control
• 31-90 days: Working with the Inside Sales team to support the daily sales and logistics operations (specifying inventory, coordinating with production and logistics, providing general admin support to Sales Manager and team, and learning to quote and perform basic order processing)
• 91-180 days: Same as above with increased responsibility in customer service and order processing
• after 180-365 days: Eligible for promotion based on the results of quarterly performance reviews and team feedback
