Job Description

BRS IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED PROJECT ESTIMATOR OR AN ASSISTANT ESTIMATOR WITH THE ABILITY TO: CONDUCT SITE VISITS; INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS AND PROJECT TEAM MEMBERS; AND PRODUCE ACCURATE QUANTITY AND BUDGET ESTIMATES AND PROVIDE SUPPORT IN DEVELOPING SCOPES OF WORK.

TRADE REQUIREMENTS / PROFICIENCIES:

• Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in construction estimating.

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

• Able to pass a background check.

• Travels to building sites as required.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities at once, work independently, and as a team player.

• Proficient with CAD, Bluebeam, takeoff software, Microsoft and Google preferred.

• Navigate and understand building codes.

• Prepares, evaluates, generates, and develops the following including but not limited to budgets, written proposals, documents, bids for construction projects, offers to purchase by site requirements, additions, and Change Orders.

• Resolves cost differences, schedule meetings, attention to detail.

COMPENSATION: HOURLY $25-$40/HOUR; COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE

ANNUAL PERFORMANCE BONUS UP TO 10% OF SALARY
