A national and award winning architectural firm is looking for a BIM Specialist in their San Francisco office.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience on architectural projects
• BS / BA Degree in Architecture (masters preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of Revit software
• Knowledge of scripting and / or visual programming preferred
• Knowledge of Navisworks preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work with BIM Manager to develop best practices and train staff architects
• Perform audits of project models to ensure project compliance with the firm’s BIM standards and best practices
• Assist project teams with BIM execution planning, model coordination, model maintenance, and interference checking
• Maintain Virtual Reality hardware and software, and train staff in its use
• Develop and maintain digital content — Revit families, templates, libraries — to improve project workflows
• Support project teams by responding to BIM related technical questions
