    International architecture firm with offices in Portland is looking for a Project Manager to join their Data Centers practice. This studio actively collaborates with other practice areas within the firm to provide the best buildings possible. The ideal candidate will have past experience in leading the design of critical facilities, collaboratively leading teams, and delivering them on time and on budget, as well as being the main client contact.

    Responsibilities:

    • Be main client contact, and manage project objectives, contract scope, and schedule
    • Prepare project proposals
    • Manage project bidding and negotiate contracts and fees
    • Manage project kick-off, weekly coordination, punch list, turnover, opening and project close out
    • Track project financials (work plans, schedule, change orders, fees, billing and collections)
    • Work with project team to generate design solutions to complex design issues and related documentation
    • Provide guidance for project documentation and pricing

    Qualifications:

    • A degree (Bachelor's or Masters) from an accredited Architecture school, or related field
    • 10 years of experience minimum in managing projects and teams
    • Experience in Critical Facilities experience and completed Data Center projects
    • Registered Architects with LEED accreditation preferred
      Experience with MS Project, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite desired
    • Experience in negotiating project scope, fees, managing project financials, and ensuring fiscal responsibility of projects
    • Strong knowledge of building codes, accessibility, zoning
    • Strong in construction documentation

    *Note: This position is remote until it is safe to reopen offices according to CDC guidelines. Candidates must relocate to Portland upon acceptance of offer, within a reasonable time frame.
