About the Position
The Account Executive will be fully responsible and accountable for the design team which we have already started building. The person will review staffing regularly and distribute tasks consistent with staff skill sets. The Account Executive will work closely with Human Resources to make recommendations for staff hiring, terminations, and issues related to performance discipline.
Primary Responsibilities
Work with the company’s management team to control and coordinate business development, sales/marketing, team personnel, technical design and related activities. Help develop, establish, and administer procedures and systems pertaining to team management. Serve as the principle liaison with electrical engineering clients or on large multi-disciplinary projects.
Work on engineering, specifications, documentation, standardization, quality assurance, cost and value analysis and the broader aspects of building services. Develop and uphold design standards.
Skills/Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of electrical engineering construction experience preferably with design/build firms
Superior interpersonal skills with clients and staff
Active Listener
Communication, teaching and coaching skills
Project management experience
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Professional Engineer (PEng, PE or equivalent)
