Interdisciplinary architecture firm with an office in Seattle, WA seeks a Workplace Design Leader. This role is perfect for someone who is already at a Principal-level with a design focus and a strong network of relationships in the workplace sector. You will be focused on building up client relationships and providing leadership within the office.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Lead design efforts on projects, from concepts to presentations
• Provide mentorship to team members
• Be the main design contact for clients and consultants
• Participate in business development and marketing

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience (including substantial experience leading the design of workplace interiors)
• A degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Extensive experience in Workplace Interiors (especially with tech clients)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to develop long-term relationships with clients
• Ability to use Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Licensed candidates preferred
