    OVERVIEW

    We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support the proposal development and management of the proposal writing process. The Marketing Coordinator will be a part of the Corporate Business Development & Marketing department and will service all our offices. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the development of multiple proposals, RFQ and RFP documents simultaneously and will ensure top quality, timely completion, and responsiveness to client needs. The Marketing Coordinator will work within a team based out of Palo Alto, California and will report to the Marketing Manager.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    a. RFP/RFQ/Proposal Coordination and Development

    b. Collateral Material Development

    c. Public Relations / Newsletter

    d. Marketing Campaign Coordination

    e. Event/Seminar Management

    f. Website Content / Social Media Management

    EXPECTATIONS -

    a. Increase Win rate for proposal/RFQ/RFP submittals

    b. Improve upon marketing systems

    c. Support business development staff and marketing campaign manager

     

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    a. 3-5 years of marketing experience with an architecture, engineering, or construction firm would be a plus.

    b. Strong desktop publishing skills will be required for the creative layout of marketing materials and qualification submittals.

    c. Proficient in commonly used business applications, graphic software, relational databases (InDesign, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

    d. Time management skills: demonstrated ability to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks, and incorporate quality control measures.

    e. Web skills for updating and monthly maintenance of website would be a plus.

    f. Knowledge of Deltek Vision / sales force would be a plus.

    g. Bachelors Degree in engineering, Marketing, English, Journalism or Public Relations would be preferred.

    h. Excellent written and oral communication skills

    i. Detail and deadline oriented with the ability to multi-task plus
