A nationally recognized and award-winning architectural firm is looking for a Project Manager to join their Multifamily Practice. Are you an expert in on-structure, podium multi-family housing in Southern California? This role can be for a PM or a Senior PM, but this firm is really focusing on finding a person who is strong on the technical and production side.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees team of designers, consultants, and other engineers
- Prepare contract drawings, documents, and specifications
- Meet client needs and expectations on time and on budget
- Identify additional requests for services and prepare Add Services
- Participate in SD, DD, CD and Bidding and Construction phases of the project
- Attend project meetings on site and ensure project drawings and client's expectations are being met
- Review contractor shop drawings, RFI's, Change Order's, progress billings, and job site reviews
- Prepare project Punch List and project Certificate of Substantial Completion
Qualifications:
- Licensed Architect preferred but not required
- 5 years of experience minimum
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
- Experience in medium to large scale projects
- Experience in project management of Multifamily projects in California
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills
