Mid-sized Architecture firm (15 people) in Northeast Los Angeles seeks a Senior PA to join their office. This firm focuses on developer-driven work, with many adaptive reuse and small- to mid-size commercial ground up local projects in the works. They are looking for a Senior PA to join their firm with adaptive reuse experience to review drawings, come up with creative solutions to technical design issues, and be a resource for the other members of the team.

Responsibilities: 

• Review construction documentation, both in Bluebeam and Revit
• Provide QA/QC, specification writing, construction contract administration, plan checking for Code compliance, construction detailing, compliance with requirements of local authorities, and complete preparation of contract documents
• Provide technical and design solutions
• Present solutions directly to client, as needed
• Work collaboratively with team of in-house architects and landscape architects
• Work closely with Project Manager to execute project plans
• Coordinate with Project Manager to supervise teams' design and technical delivery
• Stamp drawings for submittal

Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience
• Licensed in California (registration must be up to date)
• Experience with adaptive reuse commercial and mid-size ground-up commercial projects required
• Excellent in Revit
• Expert in application of parking code analysis, life and safety, exiting requirements
• Well-versed in California Building Code
