We are seeking a Project Manager for Healthcare, Clinic and Wellness Projects

Responsibilities: Design and assist in leading a team in the development of new and ongoing projects from planning through construction, backlog of $20m in construction costs. Project types will be primarily healthcare, clinic and wellness but may include other building types. The person who fills this position must be able to work collaboratively and have excellent communication and management skills. Additional skills required include effective and collaborative coordination with consultants, management of office staff and clients.

Requirements: CA licensed architect with minimum 8 years experience. CAD experience required, Revit a plus. Should have experience with healthcare organizations and be familiar with OSHPD.
