This architecture and urban design office in Los Angeles is seeking an Environmental Designer to join their team. You will work directly with the Design Director on large-scale retail and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin, have a background in Graphic Communication, Environmental Design, Architecture, and/or Planning with a focus in Finance or Real Estate.

Responsibilities:

• Develop programming/design concepts for large-scale commercial projects
• Create presentation graphics (both 3D and 2D)
• Work with the project team on projects from Project Assessment to Concept Design
• Keep a finger on the pulse of current trending and innovation in commercial retail
• Coordinate with other team members
• Communicate with clients

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience (post-graduate experience)
• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Communication, Environmental Design, Architecture, and/or Planning with a focus in Finance or Real Estate
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite. Candidates with experience in 3D Studio Max preferred
