Responsibilities:

BZI in best-in-class provider of field steel erection services to industrial sites and manufacturing facilities. This requires our bolters to align to these expectations. The general duties and major areas of responsibilities of the bolter can be broken down into the following stages.

• Knowledge of client job scope.
• Compliance with all safety procedures and job documentation.
• Accountability of job equipment and tooling prior to arriving job site.
• Achieve or exceed BZI quality expectations.
• Accomplish or exceed BZI production expectations.

The bolter is responsible for the set up and operation of a wide variety of task to perform on-site erection work and repairs on job sites.

Primary role is to follow all safety protocols in accordance with BZI Health & Safety guidelines while performing bolting duties for steel erection.

The bolter team member is responsible for the execution of services in accordance with the requirements of the site and TEAM process and procedures.

The bolter undertakes the training and development to continuously improve their skills and levels of competence and knowledge.

Essential Job Functions:

Job Qualifications - Prior work experience preferred working with steel

Work Conditions - Ability to work long periods of time outdoors

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to BZI safety standards and practices and, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern
• Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to BZI Values.
