Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems and structures.

Building technician

Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project completion.

Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve building system issues.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.

Minimum 1 years of experience in building maintenance or related field.

Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
