We specialize in vertical construction technologies designed to streamline construction projects and boost efficiency. We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help us connect with dormant customers and expand our market reach.

    Position Overview:

    As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in re-engaging dormant customers and identifying new business opportunities within the construction and engineering industries. Your primary responsibilities will include selling our advanced construction field technologies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Outreach: Initiate contact with dormant customers and various leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to re-establish relationships as well as generate new leads and identify their equipment needs.
    • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our technology offering, including Drones, Robotic Total Stations, Scanners and GNSS, including their features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate value to customers.
    • Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by qualifying leads and providing solutions tailored to customers' requirements.
    • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and informative remote sales presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our products and team.
    • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a comprehensive sales pipeline, including customer interactions, follow-up activities, and potential sales. Review these weekly with Sales Management.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty,
    • Market Research: Understand opportunities in our markets by researching projects and passing along information to outside sales reps for follow-up or contacting potential customers directly.
    • Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, service, marketing, and customer support to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven inside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Knowledge of construction equipment, technology, or related fields is a strong asset.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
    • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • A bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
